100 Years of Ladybird

Famous publishers Ladybird launched a competition with London College of Communication students to celebrate 100 years of Vintage Ladybird books by reinventing the iconic brand.

I aim to educate and entertain an audience through the use of passages from Ladybird books presented on food packaging in the classic Ladybird format of text on the left, image on the right (in this case, a window to the food). The foods I have chosen are ingredients for a Sunday roast.
The extracts will remind older generations of the books they may have grown up with, and educate and entertain younger audiences, as well as teaching them about vintage Ladybird.
